What information this website gathers, what we do with it, and what we never do. Updated as of September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quoting form collects gender, your date of birth, how you'd describe your current health, tobacco use status, the coverage amount you want, and the term length you prefer. That information gets sent to the carriers' quoting engine to produce rates but is not saved here. Getting quotes requires no name, address, phone, or email. Identical requests within a short window may come from a quick cache to avoid repeated calls.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your answers feed into a secure application running on the carriers' system, and you fall under their privacy policy from that point forward. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

Our contact form requests your name, email, an optional phone number, your choice of reply method, a subject, and your message text. The message goes by email to the agency, with your email as the return address. We do not keep copies, maintain a submission database, or log what you write. A brief security check runs in your browser before you send.

Measurement

We track visits using cookieless measurement run from this domain itself, not cookies or tracking codes. Your IP is partially masked before storage, referring-page details are stripped out, and raw logs disappear after three months. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We never sell data, share visitor information, run advertising pixels, or import third-party analytics. The sole outside code is the carriers' application system, which only runs when you navigate to the Apply page.
